The 2021 ICC Family of Codes (excluding the Energy Conservation Code, which will remain the 2020 edition*) and the 2020 National Electric Code, along with proposed local amendments, were adopted April 1st, 2023.
*Please note that the State of Texas has adopted the 2015 Energy Conservation Code.
