Beginning March 1, 2019, all City Utilities Customers will receive a new, easier to read utility bill.
What’s in the Bill?
- Your new utility bill will now be double-sided, allowing quicker access to information about your account and services, while also conserving paper.
- The front of your bill gives you a quick view of the account status, balance, and usage history.
- The back will provide charge details, additional options and contact information.
You can access and pay your utility billing online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visit our online payment portal to make a one time payment or register your account for auto-pay.
