If you would like to apply for a mobile food unit permit a completed mobile food unit application must be submitted to HealthInfo@sanmarcostx.gov.

If your food establishment is due for renewal during the COVID-19 crisis and you feel that payment assistance may be required you may submit an Hardship Application to our department. Submitting an application does not automatically qualify you for hardship approval. Please send all applications to HealthInfo@sanmarcostx.gov.
