Proposed 2020 CDBG Entitlement Action Plan 

A public comment period will be held July 5 – August 4, 2020, prior to the City Council’s vote on the adoption of the 2020-2021 CDBG Action Plan on August 4, 2020. Comments must be made in writing and should include the sender’s full name and physical address.  Comments may be sent electronically to CDBG@sanmarcostx.gov or by mail to:  City of San Marcos, Attention: CDBG Office, 630 E. Proposed Amendments to the 2019 CDBG Entitlement Action Plan

A public comment period will be held July 5-August 4, 2020, prior to City Council’s voting on adoption of the amendments on August 4, 2020. The proposed amendment would reallocate $125,000 from the Paul Pena Park improvement project to be used for a substandard structure demolition program. 

A public comment period will be held July 19-24, 2020, to accept citizen comments on a proposed amendment to the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan to incorporate a COVID-19 testing program for $105,530, prior to City Council’s voting on adoption of the amendment on August 4, 2020.
