This class will introduce the basic principles of mindfulness meditation with a focus on mindfulness of breath, body, and thought. By learning to rest in the present moment, we can become less reactive to difficult experiences and cultivate calmness within ourselves. Taught by Kelli from Dharma Ranch. For ages 18 and up. Registration required.
